Hello,
I have followed installation document for OpenEMM-2013, forwarding not working.
#bav.conf-local
news@mailer.mydomain.net alias:ext_1@mailer.mydomain.net
/etc/alias
ext_1: me@mydomain.net
when i send test mail to news@mailer.mydomain.net not forwarding to me@mydomain.net
maillog shows
Milter: to=<news@mailer.mydomain.net>, reject=550 5.1.1 No such user
Please help me fix this issue, if am missing anything, I understand the mail flow as we send campaign sender as me@mydomain.net and we set reply-to as news@mailer.mydomain.net please correct if am wrong.
Thanks and Regards,
Itsramesh

Re: Bounce Filter
It looks like mailer.mydomain.net is configured in any way as an alias for the hostname, so the mail is not forward to the bounce management.
Is there any reason for your entry in /etc/alias (and, do you mean /etc/aliases)?

Re: Bounce Filter
Hello,
I followed Installation document, sender host name should be different than openemm server host.
mailer.mydomain.net is sender host name and http://www.mydomain.net is openemm server host.
my understanding of mail flow as follows.
#bav.conf-local
news@mailer.mydomain.net alias:ext_1@mailer.mydomain.net
I was thinking that return email to news@mailer.mydomain.net forward to ext_1@mailer.mydomain.net
(/etc/aliases)
ext_1: me@mydomain.net
Please suggest me how to fix this.
Thanks,
ItsR
