OpenEMM 5.5.0 available for download now

 

Finally, we released version 5.5.0 of OpenEMM. OpenEMM offers some helpful new features like statistic charts showing mail openings over time (week/day) and the possibility to delete recipients from the database. The format and size of lists for mailings, templates and recipients can be changed now - thanks to some AJAX wizardy.

 

Furthermore, OpenEMM comes with a lowered memory footprint and the Linux version does not need Sendmail any longer. And if you decide to keep Sendmail it can be shared with other applications now. Last not least, we introduced a new webservice method named "updateSubscriber".

 

Please see the ChangeLog for more details. Since we also fixed several bugs we strongly recommend to upgrade to 5.5.0. Users of OpenEMM 5.4.0 can use the online update feature to update with a single click to the new version.

 

The release of the VMX version of OpenEMM 5.5.0 is scheduled for the first half of July.
