In OpenEMM 5.5 create a new target group which contains all users. You will see a link in the lower right corner which allows you to delete all users of this target group with a single mouse click.
clear target group...

Hello,
is the feature be available anywhere in documentation by now?
I have a customer, who has accidentally deleted all of his recipients as he wants to "clear" a target group. I know, that there's no need to do that, as recipients are "added to" or "removed from" target groups automatically by available criteria.
But now I want to show the customer the help file to explain him a better use of target groups.
Regards.

Thank you very much. I found it in offline documentation at given page now.
But before I had looked in
online documentation only. Am I right that there's this topic missing?
Kind regards.

Yes, online help is only a summary of the manual.

Hi there,
I do have a similar problem. There seems not to be a way to delete all users from a mailing list. I tried the trick described above with the target list, but unfortunatelly one can not add users of a mailing list to a target list. At least I can not find it inside the drop down menu.
How can one delete all recipient out of a mailing list? That seems to be a very obvious feature to me.
Thank you for any help
Johannes
PS: I am using version 5.5
