mysql connection fails

just after installation when I'm trying to enter login area I get an error

An error occurred
Cause: javax.servlet.ServletException: org.springframework.jdbc.UncategorizedSQLException: Hibernate operation: Cannot open connection; uncategorized SQLException for SQL [???]; SQL state [null]; error code [0]; Cannot create PoolableConnectionFactory (Access denied for user 'agnitas'@'MY_IP' (using password: YES)); nested exception is org.apache.commons.dbcp.SQLNestedException: Cannot create PoolableConnectionFactory (Access denied for user 'agnitas'@'MY_IP' (using password: YES))

where 'MY_IP' is correct IP and worked on that before...
I havent's changed agnitas' password, and mysqld is up and running, has permission to enter from that IP and the problems started after reinstallation of OpenEMM..
