Is Installation for novices

Post by t2mg »

The online demo is great. OpenEMM is exactly what I'm looking for. However, I'm an IT novice that is comfortable using Windows/OpenOffice Applications and little else. I've downloaded the software, but could not open the downloaded files. My computer did not recognize the file extensions. Where can I get help with the installation and what is it likely to cost?

Did you download the Windows version of OpenEMM (file name ends with "-win32.zip)?

If not, you have choosen the wrong file. ;-)

t2mg,

If you look at my post at:

you'll find there is a lot to an install, most of which is not documented.

Hope my post helps you get through the issues.
