Bounce stats problem
It seems that the generation of the bounce stats graph produces an error (calling mailing_stat.do;jsessionid=<someid> with action=15&mailingID=43&urlID=0). The bounce overview graph is ok. It says that there are e.g. 7.9 % bounces. Recipient count is ok. After clicking "Bounces" (t...

Update to current OpenEMM 5.1 or 5.0.3
Is there a guide how to update running openemm installations (5.0.2) to the new releases (5.0.3 or maybe 5.1). Any special requirements that should be taken in concern? Does someony already tried to update from 5.0.2 to the current version?
Thanks for any hints!

openemm.invalid in Message ID?
I checked the OpenEMM Mail Headers.
The String "@openemm.invalid" is appended to each Message Id (message, user id) e.g.
Is that a config error?

Exception when edititing profile fields

Re: Bug
In the meantime we confirmed the bug (will be posted in the SourceForge bugtracker soon) and we will work on a solution next week. Thanks for making us aware of this bug! Just drop me a line if you need additional info. It seems that this bug only affects the stats output (bar graph generation). Th...

Statisics bug?
I created and send a newsletter via OpenEMM with some link lists (about 40 lnks; assigned to different target groups that represent topics). It seems that there is a problem with the click rate statistic. I enabled click rate tracking for all links. When I open the statistics of this mailing no link...

Automatic mailing
I'm reading through the date based automatic mailing features of openemm. The birthday mailing in the manual seems ok. But e.g. I would like to send an automatic mailing every day or on the 1st of every month to a given target group? Are there other internal variables like current_timestamp that cou...

Missing content elements in mailings
Hello! I'm using OpenEMM Version 5.0.2. It works good. I decided to try out some of the very useful features like profile fields. So I added profile fields to each user (e.g. topic1, topic2,topic3; a numeric field, 0/1, length 1 ). Then I created a target groups (topic1=1 e.g.) for each topic and a ...

Adding salutation with title
I would like to add custom salutation (with title) my mailing. [Salutation] [Title] [Firstname] [Lastname] e.g. Dear Mr. Dr. John Doe In my case I'll need a custom german salutation. "Sehr geehrter Herr Dr. John Doe!" There are the predefined fields form the recipient table (customer_1_tbl...
