OpenEMM Support

During my last very small mailing I discovered that NO email was sent out, all of them were in the list of soft and hard bounces. The email addresses are correct.

I tried it a second time. I got soft bounces and hard bounces of about 30%.

When checking the bounce tables in the database I found the following entries in the dsn and detail field:
detail: 511, 400
dsn: 571, 400

What do this numbers mean?

I am quite sure that this incredibale amount of (false) bounces is very new. What could that be? Weeks ago I tried to uprade from 5.5.1 to 6.0 which failed miserably. It took me quite some time to restore 5.5.1. Can this be at least part of the problem? Don't think so, but at the moment I am quite helpless. I can't use OpenEMM anymore under these circumstances which is really a mess since I have quite some mailigns to do.

Any ideas out there????
